Hi, I'm Shannon McCelvey Page, an Instructional Designer, Content Developer, and e-learning enthusiast from Texas.
Selected Works
Kirkpatrick's Model
Sub-title placeholder
This challenge was fun for me because I LOVE working with different types of quizzes and wanted to review Kirkpatrick's Model while incorporating some of my own designs. I created the buttons and interactive elements in Adobe Illustrator and added the to the Storyline file. This also challenged me to come up with a way to make directions look approachable and fun and I think that it came out well. Additionally, the quiz gives a graded slide and the participant is able to retake as many times as needed.
Project Management: Building a Bridge

In this challenge I used an mp4 from Pexels to create a looping gif (Cinemagraph with one moving element) in Camtasia. I wanted to continue bulking up my portfolio with reusable templates for a corporate partner focusing on Project Management. I was able to create a new button set and incorporate some animations in the contextual menus as well as custom toggle switches and a gradable quiz at the end with fun sound effects for interest.
PMI Kickoff Stakeholder Map Activity

This was a lot of fun for me because I got to use my passion for PMI and the Kickoff course that I took. An outside partner requested that I build a Storyline Template to use with the empathy map that is in the PMI course. The, my favorite business professor and I collaborated on questions that would relate to what they are working on in class. This way, going forward, I have a Storyline template that can be adapted for use in multiple places when the outside partner decides what knowledge they would like to focus on.
Project Management Outline

I enjoyed this because one of the partners I work with is a firm that specializes in Project Management. This was an easy way to get practice in on button states while also giving participants an overview of what the structure of the course was. Additionally, I was able to play with custom buttons and states while also thinking through the way the courses would be structured.
